High fiber, high protein, low-fat brownie.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Sorghum Brownies

15 oz Black Beans
1 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup sorghum molasses
4 T baking cocoa
1 T instant coffee
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Sorghum Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Prepare an 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray.

  3. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.

  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven approximately 25 minutes. Brownies will pull away from sides of pan and brownies test like a cake for doneness.

  5. Allow to cool before slicing. Cut into 16 squares.
