Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Sesame Slaw

2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Vinegar Balsamic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrups
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon coriander

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Sesame Slaw

  1. Wisk together the dressing: coriander, ginger, soy sauce, orange juice, hot sauce, maple syrup, olive oil oil, balsamic vinegar.

  2. In another large bowl, add the red cabbage, chopped apple, black beans and walnuts. Toss well to distribute ingredients. Pour dressing over the mixture and use a large spoon to stir. Once the dressing is evenly on the mix, stir the sesame seeds into the mix.
