Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Sauce served over Polenta

2 tbl olive oil
1/2 cup onions
1 1/2 tbl garlic
2 tsp jalapeno
2 cups black beans
1 cup water
2 tbl shoyu
1 tbl cilantro
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp mirin
1/4 tsp black pepper
400 grams polenta
1 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Sauce served over Polenta

cook onion, garlic, jalapeno in 2 tbl olive oil, add black beans and cook for 10 min. blend with remaining ingredients except cilantro and polenta and extra tablespoon of olive oil. Blend until smooth, add cilantro and pour over heated polenta slices that were heated in the remaining olive oil
