2 tbsp black beans
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp canola oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

  1. Chop the onions, garlic, and ginger and stir fry.

  2. Mash black beans and add to stir fry

  3. Add water

  4. Mix with your favorite stir fried vegetable
