1 pint of salsa

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Salsa Soup

  1. Dump everything into a pot and use an immersion blender to make smooth.

  2. Bring to a boil. Season as necessary with Cumin or Cayenne Pepper. Top with sour cream (if you have the calories!) and/or green onions (yum!).
