You can add your favorite hot sauce or diced jalapeņo to spice this up, but it's pretty delicious as is.

Recipe Ingredients for Black bean salsa salad

2 cups cooked black beans
1 cup cooked corn kernels
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Black bean salsa salad

Mix all ingredients together, let sit for a couple of hours. I use canned black beans and corn to speed things up.
