16 oz black beans
1 large red onion
3 cups chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
8 oz salsa
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 dash salt
4 oz jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

  1. in large skillet stir fry onion garlic and green pepper

  2. in olive oil until tender

  3. add the rest of the ingredients

  4. cook until heated through
