Recipe Ingredients for black bean salsa

14 oz corn
14 oz peaches, diced
20 oz black beans
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for black bean salsa

  1. Use cream corn rinsed. Drain peaches & dice finely, drain and rinse black beans.

  2. slice cherry tomatoes and green onions, dice avocado, chop cilantro, juice 1 lime, mash garlic and marinate all ingredients together.
