1 1/2 cup black beans
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
2 green onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
2 cups tomato, diced
1 salt, to tast

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. let sit in the refrigerator at least half an hour

  3. serve on top of meat or seafood
