15 oz Black Beans
12 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.2 cup Lemon Juice
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Black bean salsa

Chop up 8 peppers of various colors, onion, jalapenos and tomatoes. Mix with can of black beans, add salt, lemon juice and pepper to taste
