Black Bean Salsa Add guacamole, if desired!

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salsa

30 ounce black beans, drained
8 ounce corn, white
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
3/4 cup finely chopped plum tomatoes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salsa

  1. Empty the 2 cans of black beans and 1 can corn in a large bowl. Mash slightly, if desired.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco sauce, if necessary.
