This recipe can serve up to five people, depending on how much each person wants to eat. It is an appetizer and should be served with tortilla chips. It is a healthy recipe because all of the ingredients are natural and provide healthy benefits. The black beans offer 49% of one's daily diet, which is very important. There is no cholesterol and the sodium is minimum. The recipe also offers a lot of protein. The chips you choose to eat the salsa with is important because if you pick chips with a lot of salt then the appetizer can be unhealthy. This should be eaten for a snack or small meal. It should not be eaten with other proteins, like meat, just because you would probably become really full. However, that is not necessarily bad. This recipe has an A nutrition grade.
