2 small AVOCADO, CHOPPED
1 small RED ONION, CHOPPED
1 cup OF CILANTRO, CHOPPED
2 tbs. RED WINE VINEGAR
5 tbs. LIME JUICE
1 SALT, TO TASTE
1 PEPPER, TO TASTE
