Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salsa Chicken

15 oz canned diced tomatoes
6 oz canned tomato paste
3 green onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cups frozen corn
30 oz can black beans

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salsa Chicken

  1. Make salsa with first 6 ingredients.

  2. Drain beans, put in crock pot. Top with chicken, cumin, corn, then salsa.

  3. Cook on low 8-10 hrs until chicken is no longer pink.
