Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

14 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
8 ounce corn
1 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup pineapple, crushed and drained
2 tablespoons vinegar, wine
1 T lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

  1. Mix all.

  2. All to marinate a couple of hours

  3. Serve
