Tasty bean salad that is quick and easy! Serving size 1/3 cup. 2 cans black beans

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

2 cups black beans
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon cumin

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

In a large bowl, toss together 1st 5 ingredients. Mix last ingredients together and pour over ingredients in the large bowl. Stir up and enjoy.
