Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

15 oz black beans
10 oz Rotel tomatoes
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 onions
1/2 cucumbers

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

Drain and rinse the beans. Chop the vegetables and mix all ingredients. Let refrigerate an hour before eating. Stores well for a few days.
