Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

15 oz black beans
1 cup corn
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup red pepper
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

  1. drain and rinse beans

  2. cut tomatoes in 1/2

  3. mince garlic, onion, cilantro

  4. mix all together and season to taste
