Recipe Ingredients for black bean salad

2 1/2 cups black beans
1/2 medium red onion
1 large tomatoe
1 green chili pepper
1/2 cups corn
3 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp garlic
3 tsp lime juice
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili flakes
1 avocado
1/4 cups cilantro
1 tsp salt
1 oz. monterey jack cheese

Recipe Directions for black bean salad

  1. boil beans separately for 30-40 minutes after soaking overnight.

  2. Sautee veggies plus oil and spices until onions are translucent. Tomatoe should be added once pan is off the heat but still warm. Garnish with cheese, avocado, cilantro, and sriratcha if desired.
