Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
15 ounce black beans, rinsed and drained
8 3/4 ounce sweet corn, drained

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

  1. Mix together everything but the corn and beans in a small bowl.

  2. Mix corn and beans in a larger bowl.

  3. Add the liquid mixture to the corn and beans.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
