Warm, savory-sweet black bean and mandarin orange salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad

1/2 med. red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dried cilantro
1/2 c black beans
100 g mandarin oranges

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad

Saute onion and garlic in pan coated with non stick spray. Add black beans, cumin, salt, pepper and cilantro. Mix in mandarin oranges. Serve.
