Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Salad with Braised Corn

1 serving Black Beans
12 oz Steamfresh Fresh Frozen Vegetables
2 medium raw Plum Tomato
4 serving, raw Cilantro
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
3 tsp Cumin
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Salad with Braised Corn

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic, onion, corn and cumin. Stir occasionally for 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Remove from heat

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
