4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz Feta Cheese
1.5 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Olive Oil
4 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Rice Salad

Combine oil and lime juice. Toss rice, beans, chopped scallions, feta, corn and tomatoes with dressing.
