Recipe Ingredients for black bean and rice patties

1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
420 grams Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1/2 cup(82 g) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
21 grams Flaxseed
20 4/5 grams Onions
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
37 3/10 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1/4 tsp Chipotle Chile Seasoning
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for black bean and rice patties

cook rice. saute onion, pepper, flax seed, seasonings, corn and pepper. mash together with fork in bowl and add rice and mix. mix in food processor. divide into 5 patties. cook on medium high heat 2-3 minutes per side.
