Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean & Rice Casserole

15 oz can black beans
15 oz can corn, drained
12 oz V-8 juice
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cup salsa
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Rice Casserole

  1. Mix all in a 2 quart casserole dish.

  2. Bake (covered): 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

  3. Take out of oven at 30 minutes and stir thoroughly.
