Recipe Ingredients for Black bean

1 cup black beans
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons picante sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Black bean

  1. Mash beans, add rest of ingredients. Could add a splash of hot sauce.

  2. Cook in sauce pan w/ spray of oil till heated through--3-4 minutes per side. They're hard to "flip" like burgers--good luck.
