Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Quinoa Salad

1 cup Quinoa
18.343 oz Beans Black
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 wedge (1.33 oz) Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Green Olives
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 oz Juice
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
0.25 oz Mint
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Quinoa Salad

Cook quinoa in 2 cups boiling water approx 12 minutes or until absorbed - Fluff with fork. Allow to cool. Drain and rinse beans. Dice veggies, add garlic and pepper to taste. Slice oives, crumble cheese, squeeze lemon juice and allow salad to rest approx 6 hours for flavors to blend
