Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
14 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 large Onions
2 oz Celery
2 cup Chicken Stock
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Quinoa

  1. saute onion and celery in oil until softened, add garlic and saute 1 min

  2. add stock and bring to a boil. add rinsed quinoa and cook until stock is absorbed.

  3. stir in beans and corn, cook until heated through.

  4. add spices to taste
