Salad I made today with garden fresh veggies, black beans and pumpkin seeds.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean & Pumpkin Seed Lettuce Salad

1 cup,+shredded+or+chopped Lettuce
1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 medium green pepper, diced
6 green beans, raw, chopped
3/4 cup seasoned black beans, drained
1/2 oz pumpkin seeds, roasted & salted

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Pumpkin Seed Lettuce Salad

Layer lettuce & veggies, drain black beans and add to salad. Mix as desired.
