1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
3 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
4 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
4 cup Pumpkin
2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for Black Bean & Pumpkin Chili

In a large skillet saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer. Transfer to 5 qt slow cooker; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until heated through.
