Black Bean Pizza slightly modified from Fitness Magazine

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Pizza

15 oz Black Beans, Organic
4 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar 2 % Milk Reduced Fat Cheese Sticks
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 shell 12? 100% Whole Wheat Thin Crust
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Chop Tomatoes and Avocado into 1/4" pieces.

  3. Combine all ingredients (except Pizza Crust) in a medium bowl.

  4. Spread on Pizza Crust.

  5. Bake on a sheet for about 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
