1/8 cup olive oil
1 can (15 ounces) of beans, black
1 small onion
1 jalapeno pepper
12 saltine crackers
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Patty

  1. drain the black beans

  2. smash the crackers

  3. mix all ingredients together

  4. bake on a sheet at 375 for 20 minutes
