Recipe Ingredients for black bean pasta

4 cup Black Beans
2 cup Tomatoes
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 box Penne Dry
2 tbsp Oil Olive Pure

Recipe Directions for black bean pasta

  1. Chop onions and peppers and saute in oil until soft

  2. Slice sausage, add to vegetables and brown slightly

  3. Add beans and tomatoes and simmer

  4. Serve over pasta
