15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 avocado, cut in 1/4 inch dice
1 mango, cut into 1/4 inch dice
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch dice
1 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
