Just like my black bean salsa but with no corn and 1/4 cup dry lentils, cooked and cooled. Can be eaten with chips or like a salad. Measure the ingredients for accurate calorie count

35 grams dry lentils = 1/4 cup dry
130 grams black beans, canned 1/2 cup
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup hot sauce
3/4 cup = 1 can rotel, drained
