Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Hummus

1 clove garlic
15 oz black beans, canned, liquid reserved
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
10 kalamata olives

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Hummus

Mince garlin in the bowl of a food processor. Add black beans, 2 tbsp reserved liquid, 2 tbsp lemon juice, tahini, 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add additional seasoning and liquid to taste. Garnish with paprika and olives.
