use as you would for ground beef. Add one can 365 spicy black beans, mashed, to this recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Hash

1 egg
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup quick oats
2 cups prepared salsa
1/2 chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tabasco to taste
2 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Hash

Cook quinoa. Mash drained black beans. Saute veggies and spices. Mix everything together except salsa. Spread in a pan until browned on both sides. Break up into chunks. Add prepared salsa. Serve as tacos, sloppy joes etc.
