1 cup black beans
2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 oz unsweetened cocoa

Recipe Directions for black bean fudge

  1. cook black beans

  2. puree black beans w/ melted butter

  3. slowly add cocoa, powdered sugar

  4. pour into shallow pan

  5. refridgerate one hour

  6. cut 6 x 6
