4 eggs
1 c egg substitute
1 can beans, black
1 red pepper
1 small onion
1/4 c 2% milk
2 slices cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Fritatta

chop and saute oninon and pepper. mix eggs and milk. place in skillet on med-hi heat and let eggs set. place cheese slices on top and cook covered until melted.
