1 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce - Imported, Organic
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

  1. steam kale

  2. rinse beans

  3. cook garlic, onion and ginger

  4. cook beans with above and curry powder and tamari

  5. top with cheese and pepper and tomato salsa
