Yummy Black Bean Dip for chips or for a quesadilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Dip

1 teaspoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
540 ml Black Beans
1 cup frozen corn kernels
540 ml diced tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Dip

  1. Preheat oven broiler.

  2. Heal oil in an oven proof skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until tender. Stir in black beans, and corn; cook until heated through. Mix in tomatoes, and season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Transfer the skillet to the oven.

  3. Broil dip 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes.
