Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Dip

19 ounces black beans
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Dip

  1. Place the beans, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, orange juice, lime juice and 1 tablespoon cilantro in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate up to three days or serve immediately garnished with the remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro.
