15 oz. canned black beans
1 cup cilantro
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 tsp. ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Black bean dip

  1. Rinse and drain black beans.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in food processor or blender until desired consistency. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
