Just a mish-mash of veggies I had laying around and leftover black beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Curry Stew

2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
2.33 cup, chopped Carrots
3 Medium Tomatoes
1 small Onions
2 tsp Garlic
4 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Curry Stew

  1. Cook 2cups black beans

  2. Slice all the other veggies

  3. Toss it in a crock pot with about 6cups of water

  4. Let if go until the veggies are soft, about 4hrs (high) 6hrs (low)
