Black Bean Corn Burger - Vegan Can use habenero pepper instead of poblano for more of a kick :)

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Corn Vegan Burger

8 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup White Basmati Rice
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
2 tablespoon Poblano Pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Corn Vegan Burger

Mash beans with fork add cooked rice and corn and other ingredients. Mix. Make into patties, wrap and freeze (aluminum foil or plastic wrap) To serve unwrap frozen patty. Cook med heat in frying pan - flip once. :) Serve
