Recipe Ingredients for black bean, corn, and turkey chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 3/4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup salsa
15 ounce black beans
12 ounce santa fe style vegetables
1 1/4 cup crushed tomatos

Recipe Directions for black bean, corn, and turkey chili

  1. in 4 quart stock pot, heat oil and saute onions and turkey. Add spices. Cook until trukey is browned. Stir frequently to break up turkey.

  2. add broth, tomatos, beans, veggie blend, salsa. Stir. Bring to simmer, cover, cook for 30-45 minutes. Add cyanne pepper if desired. Can top with sour cream or shredded cheese.
