Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salsa

15 1/2 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
15 1/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, petite cut, drained
3/4 cup scallion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salsa

Mix all ingredients. Serve at room temperature with corn and/or tortilla scoops. Can also be served as a salad.
