Healthy and yummy black bean corn salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Corn Salsa

2 cups corn
16 oz can black beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Corn Salsa

  1. Chop the onion and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Drain and rinse the canned black beans.

  2. Mix the corn (frozen or fresh), tomatoes, beans, onions, salt, oil and lime juice together in a bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for an hour or more.

  4. Serve cold.
