Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and corn salsa

15 oz canned sweet yellow corn, drained
15 oz canned black beans, drained
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 red onion
3 fresh green onions
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Black bean and corn salsa

  1. In medium bowl, mix black beans and corn.

  2. Chop tomatoes, red onion, and green onion. Add to bowl. Toss to mix.

  3. Chop cilantro.

  4. Place salsa in serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro.
