Black beans, corn and bell pepper with dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and corn salad

2 cups Bush's Best reduced sodium black beans
1 cup Corn
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
3 scallions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 oz italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Black bean and corn salad

  1. rinse canned black beans and corn, put in a bowl

  2. dice green and red bell peppers, put into the bowl

  3. zest 1/2 lime and add to the bowl

  4. squeeze the juice from 1/2 lime into the bowl

  5. chop scallions and add

  6. put in the Italian dressing and let sit in the refrigerator for and hour or so before eating
